ASKING PRICES & OFFERS
The Land Bank is required to sell properties
for at least two-thirds of their fair market
value as determined by the County Assessor.
Offers must be approved by the Land Bank
Board of Commissioners.
DONATE A PROPERTY
Donation Applicants will need to provide a
statement and a Title Report along with your
application. Land Bank staff will review your
application and confirm that it is in
compliance with the Policies and Procedures
prior to submitting it to the Board of
Commissioners for decision. Receiving the
donation application does not commit the
Land Bank to transfer property.
